Kay is probably best known for her role as Nikki Westerly on the WB's "Summerland" or as Debbie Berwick on Disney Channel's "Phil of the Future" . She has also made several appearances as Catherine Willows's daughter Lindsay in "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation".  She is currently working on the feature film "Fame" expected in theaters in September, 2009. Valedictorian at her high school, from which she graduated at age 13, Kay managed to balance work and school effortlessly.  She graduated in 2008 from UCLA at the age of 17, the youngest student on record to do so in the history department.
