January 2009 - USA Film Festival to honor Kay at their KidFilm Festival in Dallas.  "A Salute to Kay Panabaker" will include an opportunity for questions and answers when Kay hosts a screening of Moondance Alexander.

 December 2008 - Art imitates life, as Kay begins shooting the movie "Fame" for MGM, playing an aspiring actress.

November 2008 - Kay is honored to accept a position on the National Board of the Coalition for Quality Children's Media.

October  2008 - In a ceremony at the prestigious Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, Kay receives awards at the Kids First! Best Awards for both Moondance Alexander and Prince & the Pauper.

September 2008 - Kay has been cast in a feature film "Fame" expected in theaters in September, 2009! More details as they become available! Kay also conducted workshops at the Naperville Film Festival in Naperville, IL.

August 2008 - Yet another recurring role added to her resume! Kay will play the teenage daughter in a one-hour drama scheduled for mid-season on Fox.

July 2008 - Kay travels to Bogota, Colombia to work on a new television show. She's now visited all 50 states, several countries and 3 continents!

June 2008 - The beautiful Sheraton Waikiki hosts Kay as she presents "Moondance Alexander" as part of the University of Hawaii's Kids First! Film Festival.

June 2008 - UCLA Graduation! Kay completed her work during winter quarter, so her diploma reads March 2008, but the ceremony wasn't held until after the spring quarter. Congratulations to Kay, the youngest graduate on record in the UCLA History Department!

May 2008 - Happy 18th Birthday, Kay!

May 2008 - Kay travels to Louisville, Kentucky to promote the DVD release of "Moondance Alexander" in conjunction with the Kentucky Derby.
